Customer Challenge
Saturated steam is difficult to meter: it is two-phase near saturation, and uncorrected mass flow errors directly inflate energy costs or reduce boiler efficiency reporting accuracy.
Our Solution
Our integrated vortex flowmeters combine flow, temperature and pressure sensors in one body to calculate compensated mass flow of saturated or superheated steam. For liquid fuels, our turbine meters deliver ±0.2% repeatability. Paperless recorders archive multi-channel energy data for ISO 50001 compliance.
